Effective: May 2026. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Circly. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.
1. Who can use Circly
Circly is exclusively for women aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate information, including your real name, age, and gender. We may verify your identity, age, and gender at any time and remove accounts that misrepresent any of these.
You may have only one account. Sharing accounts, selling accounts, or operating bots is prohibited.
2. Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@joincircly.com if you think someone else is using it.
3. Acceptable use
Circly is a platonic friendship and group-plans app , not a dating, hookup, or business platform. You agree not to: harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate any person; post sexual, nude, hateful, violent, or illegal content; promote products, services, MLMs, or solicit money; share other people's personal information without consent; use the app to recruit for any commercial or political purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service; or use the app in violation of any law.
We use a mix of automated tools and human review to enforce these rules and may remove content or accounts that break them. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to the content you post. By posting, you grant Circly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and adapt that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the app. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is necessary for safety or legal reasons.
Do not post content you do not have the right to share. We respond to valid copyright complaints under applicable law , email support@joincircly.com.
5. Premium and payments
Circly is free to use. Optional Premium subscriptions (monthly or yearly) unlock features such as unlimited likes, super-likes, and other enhancements. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Premium removes ads.
6. Ads
Free accounts may see banner and full-screen ads served by Google AdMob. On iOS we ask for App Tracking Transparency consent before any tracking-based ad personalisation. Premium accounts do not see ads.
7. Safety disclaimer
Circly is a community of strangers. We screen for safety but cannot guarantee the behaviour or honesty of every user. Meet new friends in public places, trust your instincts, and report anything that feels off. Circly is not liable for offline interactions between users.
8. Suspension and termination
We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or pose a risk to the community. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
